fortunately our traditional teaching preserved in purity has given the knowledge to fulfill the desires to the ultimate extent of becoming god himself and there by lead a contended life
desire is not obstacle, every fulfillment is a step of progress.
discontentment is due to the inability to fulfill desires in total and at the fastest rate.
solution is to enhance the ability by contacting the field of creative intelligence within, which enables one to gain natures support and cooperation thru which his wishes become actualized with leas effort and fast

reaching a state of tranquility within thru meditation which alone can provide ultimate contentment since one has the support of god in every endeavor turning it into instantaneous success in all fields of life

I offer you a pretty stage,
I offer you couple of decorative fans,
I also offer you shining mirror,

But all these I offer you my Lord, in my mind
So Lord kindly accept this my worship.
as per measurement theory of physics, and nyaya in vedic science attention falling on the object has the property of ennobling effect on it
in self referral the self sees itself thus making itself more noble moment by moment.
by looking at the mirror the lord is becoming more noble
at physical level, to be more beautiful, be looking at the mirror. defects canbe rectified.
at spiritual level, if you want to be more effective, be looking at your pure self.
any defect will be rectified by the kind attention of the self ,---hence it is kind attention----
thus while spending of the rays of consciousness , the rays of attention, utmost utility shall prevail.
attention getter will be thankful, in having the attention bestowed on him.
in fact he will be prayerful, and waiting at the door of the self for perfection.
even a ray of it is enough, in giving high dignity and richness.
lakhmi kataksha, karuna kataksha, a passing brief look by the benign self, ennobles and is worthy of adoration
hence the rays of sight saturated with self become so valuable.
we become--- soon after meditation,-- ardha nimeeitha nethra,half closed eyes.
we dont like to part with the value gained
when we send out rays we become less, suffer a loss, our mind becomes impure.

Swasthi prajabhya paripalayantham,
Nyayena margena maheem maheesa,
Gobrahmanebhyo shubhamasthu nithyam,
Loka samastha Sukhino bhavantu.
Let good things occur to the king of the country,
Who looks after his people well, in the path of justice,
Let Cows* and Brahmins** have a pleasant life daily,
Let all people of the world have a very pleasant life.
*wealth was measured by cows in those times

is one of the many features of devi
….in the sloka ”yaa devi sarva bhuteshu…..mathru rupena samsthitha”
..devi is a goddess, not one particular mother,
nor a statue in a temple,
but it is the principle of mother in all pranis,
whether cat dog monkey human, chicken, bird, elephant, lion
..the principle of motherly care , responsibility, love, tender qualities, patience, in conceiving, giving birth
and protecting, feeding,
teaching skills , play , work, protection ,
cleaning, sanitation, etc.
..which are common features of mother in all pranis
… when i saw a cat attending to her children,
so lovingly , and commitment, against all odds, involving hard work,
i really was thrilled to see mother ”devi”’ in it
……………..that is how devi is eternal ,
all pervading in all beings, sarva bhuteshu,
not localized in time or space or to a specie
…so similarly all gods are particular eternal, principles,
eternal non changing laws of nature governing the universe
My blogging
to me, it's an inner exploration, an adventure, no less in excitement, in discovering new worlds in side------than a columbus on america, a newton on apple
it's a participation, an involvement, an empathy, of any sensitive mind, rather heart, flowing, in its natural inclination, probably exploring deeper within, or wide world outside, ---with own wisdom, ability, ---or exposing an acquired wealth of knowledge, ---with a hope that a co traveler may see some light, some guidance, some solace, ---with also a hope that someone will offer a helping hand to lead to right direction
in any case it is a kind of prayer to an unknown god, at his altar, a confession, an offering, a surrender, also a complaint, even a curse, in helplessness --but all -----lightening the burden of life, transferring it on to the creator as if a arghya, a water offering to surya , a handful, pouring back in to the ocean from which it is taken
a disclaimer that nothing is mine, everything is yours and hence i give you back all good and bad , surrendering to your will
sure, some god somewhere , somewhere in the times, known unknown listens, takes, and probably replies in known language or thru his own silence.
but sure it lightens the heart, brightens the mind, energizes one to tread on come what may
My writing started in1970's, after my initiation into meditation , it 's just a natural flow , i now know that i have been blogging, it is a pleasant surprise, more a satisfaction, i am thankful to guru parampara, it is all a level of richas cognised within and my blogs being mostly personal, which i like, i am happy at my expressions, once expressed, done with.--seen/unseen by any, liked unliked, replied/ignored, agreed./countered, the purpose being just to explore myself, aimed mostly at myself, my SELF, my god.
i am the speaker , i am the best listener, that's it
And i the one who replies when/where required.
then why in internet ?
to internet my entry is recent, it is just incidental that i keyboard them.
otherwise it's just scribbling, i have been perfectly happy with just a pen and paper, convenient, serving my purpose, undependent on elaborate pc and paraphernalia,
how long this? i do not know. but i do believe in utter simplicity, independence, self sufficient ,goal is mukthi. why to depend on anything/any one
More simple than pen and paper is-- blog in mind, direct.

i cognize, i sketch outline, i fill details,
i edit, i make it full, i finalize all in mind
.i write at leisure /feed to pc, from memory.
not an obstruction/distraction for chores/professional duties, --it is all parallel process,
1 an aspect of me doing a blog, and
2 an aspect of me doing the work at hand with full concentration, a doubled enjoyment.

though he is now no more , on earth, unseen for ever
he made me so --- i need not look
or read million books,

neither there is a need for me to go to temple

ganga snan, bhajan keerthan gunagaan
nor any kashayambar , haara, siro mundan,
i am a great atheist
and equally great theist,
neither i care to see tv
nor to read news daily
i skip / ignore --all news views,
comments, criticisms, complaints, suggestions,
discussions, debates, agree, disagree,
like, unlike , approve, disapprove,
advice , preaching or teachings
awards, rewards, recognitions
i go as per my best inner directions,
responding to each situation with fresh looks , new inspirations,
yet things are moving optimum
i strive for no maximum
just i live fully

My admiration to maharishi Mahesh yogi is no blind
i am a ''hard to convince guy'', who does not fall easily, not at all innocent,
i am with wide eyes, with clear sight, without colored glasses,
a bad shishya, a clever, over smart , evil devil
who tests 100 times, questions 1000times,
ever suspecting, ever trying to find possible flaws,
in the things, and in my own assessment and perception and conclusion
but maharishi stood all my penetrating search, research,
made me to pray
those came to scoff remained to pray
yes i scoffed at him reading all slanted distorted media news
on his association with Beatles etc
i am happy that i did not stop at that
i did my own direct assessment with involvement
and yes, and all ended finding truth about him, truth about life,
entering higher and higher truths unreachable otherwise,
by the lay majority
who either blindly fall or blindly disbelieve and lose a world
and now i find , things have been happening, inside me, outside me
soon after ,ever since my learning tm
and thru decades , till this moment
and he makes me , keeps me ever flabbergasted
though my association was for a few hours, from a distance of a few hundred yards, in the beginning
and a few thousand miles , for life long
and 0 distance from in my inside since then, and now
though , he has left the mortal frame on the earth plane
and this post is my prayer to him ,to his name, to his teaching, to tm,
in love, respect , regards, gratitude, admiration , emulation, in all humility
in flat pranams
maharishi is the one who gve me the genuine spiritual experience,
transformed me totally ,
opened the flood gates of creativity ,
and to day i am in blessed state to be sharing my truths, not words.,
i can sing his glory endless,
i liked his total grip on the mysteries of life, directly leading me to the heavens he has discovered
in the most modern and scientific, no nonsense idiom ,
who put many distortions straight, made me skip million books, with his one single simple teaching
in one word he is the one who put the horse of self realization before the cart of life
and yes , the cart of my life started moving and picked up the momentum in no time .
he stays in me ever ,
his just name fills my heart and soul with bliss inexplicable
tho he has left his physical body.
he is one and unique great guru to me ,
my definition of and my way to success.
i did study quite a few good books and observed the life and achievements of great successful people. and drew my own conclusions which i share as below
these are my views, and may differ with others, it is ok, not necessary to agree.
i define success as attaining mukthi, moksha, liberation, ultimately
------ within the span of 100 years and start my sadhana quite early in life,
work diligently on the knowledge and techniques prescribed and taught by guru
----evolve into higher consciousness swiftly, early,
------skipping all the other lesser aims wisely or to assign the less priority to invest time resources attention and ------
join eternally with unity consciousness never to return again in a rebirth.
once i define my success, clearly, all my thoughts actions orient automatically, in natural course, and way is clear, nature starts cooperating, and with least effort or compulsions and impositions
i flow spontaneous to a state with which just my wishes get materialized with least effort, not to bother nor worry in any way on any thing,
accomplishments like money career profession, comforts, health, behavior, all result in the most suitable proportion not to ever to hanker for them.
Things become so easy and path is so nice, it is just pure happiness absolute play
life really above the earth plane while in this life.
and soon all mysteries get revealed as open book
the great thing about it is that all happens in the most favorable way myself not even knowing what is good to me.
so i pursue, i enjoy , i live, smiling
My university praised me giving me a degree ,
with first class with distinction , on convocation day
in the evening, i looked at adi shankara ,
he said '' o fool, it's all useless, will not save you, do something else''
i did accept shankara, did my home work, as he prescribed.
now i say to all ''moodha mathe, bhajagovindam''
take it as you feel,
my intention is not a big deal
My best discretion is the god in me making my choices .
it knows in a momentary glance what is gem what is junk
it will not be fooled by any sale talk , however brilliant,
i do not mind picking a thing from mud , if i see value in it
i can see thru the fake, tho well showcased with the best of dress and decoration.
i will not pass the buck to some unseen god, if i make a wrong choice, by mistake.
i take the consequences deliberately , with a smile, and suffer the losses laughing
but i learn the lessons , i never will repeat the mistake
the lessons from my mistakes
lessons from other unfortunate victims of wrong choices
and my discretion gets sharpened by every incident, every encounter,
and i grow continuously making wiser and wiser choices.
all because, i take the buck on to myself
maa kuru dhana jana yauvvana garvam, harathi nimesha kaala sarvam.
rulers and the ruled have missed the right track, everywhere.
none of the political systems can work/ can be allowed to work, unless the individuals shift their priorities to the real purpose of existence, and deserve to be ruled by the one almighty nature.
a lot more intense search has to be made to know what is that life’s essential which missing.
may be it is the most difficult thing , may be the easiest of easy things
